SCHEDULE

7:30 am - Check-in, Body Marking, and both transitions open

8:45 am - Transitions close

9:00 am - Athlete meeting in YMCA gymnasium

9:15 am - Swim waves begin starting with the youngest participants and working up to the oldest participants

11:30 am or when the last participant finishes - Awards CeremonyPost-race Awards Gathering!

Each triathlete will swim in the Winona YMCA's pool, then bike and run on beautiful Lake Winona's paved multi-use path under the iconic Sugarloaf Bluff.


Race distances are based on the participant's age.


Please note - Per USAT regulations, age groups are determined by the age of the participant at the end of the calendar year. For example, if your child is currently 6 years old but will turn 7 in the month of October, they would be included in the 7-8 age group.
