Happy Days 5K & Youth Fun Run

Bring the whole family to participate in the Happy Days 5K or Youth Fun Run (ages 9 and under) on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Both races are sponsored by Connexus Energy.

The 5K route is USATF certified and covers the beautiful city streets of downtown Ramsey, MN. After the race, head on over to the Kitchen Table to enjoy a pancake breakfast. The top male and female finisher in each age group will receive an award, and all runners receive a free t-shirt. The age group categories are as follows: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. The Youth Fun Run is untimed, free of cost, and includes a t-shirt and medal. However, registration is still required.

The 5K race begins at 9:00 am. Day-of registration is available from 7:30 to 8:30 am and t-shirt and race packet pickup from 8:00 to 8:45 am. The Youth Fun Run starts at 10:00 am with the awards ceremony for all runners beginning shortly after.

Pre-registration: $25 (includes t-shirt)
Day-of Registration: $30
Youth Fun Run is FREE
Pre-registration cut off date is Sunday, Sept. 4 at 11:59 pm

START TIMES:

7:30 to 8:30am - Day-of registration
8:00 to 8:45am - T-shirt and race packet pickup
9:00am - 5K race
10:00am - Youth Fun Run
Awards ceremony for all runners beginning shortly the Youth Fun Run
