Palace City Mountain Bike Classic

Previously known as Beers & Gears Mountain Bike Race we are adding a new name and creating a race in 2024 we are so excited to offer to riders!

Whether a new or advanced rider or you are looking for something for the entire family to participate in the Palace City Mountain Bike Classic has something for everyone!

Hosted on the Palace City Pedalers 18 plus miles of Lake Mitchell Single Track the Palace City Mountain Bike Classic is a must attend race in Eastern, South Dakota.

Any off-road bike type is welcome: MTB, fat tire, CX, gravel, etc. E-bikes are not allowed in the race. Helmets are mandatory.

REGISTRATION/PRICES:
$60

Youth 10 and Under - 4 mile race - $30

Youth 5 and Under - .5 miles - $20

Youth 5 and Under Strider Course - $0

*Register by June 1 to guarantee T-shirt size!
*Registration includes Swag Bag, Registration, and Rider Social Friday Night

ROUTES:
8 Mile, 16 Mile and 32 Mile- Women, Youth (16 and Under) and Men's Citizen, Intermediate and Elite Classes
*Course route and laps subject to change based on race day conditions. Pre-race riding is allowed and encouraged!

SCHEDULE:
7:00 am - Packet Pick up
8:30 am - Youth 10 & under and 5 & under Races Kick off
8:45 am - Race Meeting
9:00 am - Races begin - wave start
Award presentation following last finishers
Cash Prizes awarded in all classes: 15 or less riders in class= Cash 3 Deep, Over 15 riders in class=Cash 5 Deep, If 3 or less riders in a class, prize will be awarded
