River Rat Races 8K/4K/1K

Come and join us in the beautiful Belle Prairie Park nestled among some of the largest Red Pines in the area. The start area is along the Mississippi River and has a picnic area and playground. The 8K (5 mile) course is USATF certified, flat, fast, on asphalt and is chip timed. The 4K (2.5mile) course will be on trails and roads. It is also chip timed. The 1K (.62 mile) makes a small loop in the park on the asphalt and is free.

Can't make it to the event? Complete the 8K or 4K Virtually. We will send you your swag and post your results.

Online Registration will close on June 12 at 10 p.m. Race Day registration will be available but T-shirts are only guaranteed to those who pre-register by May 31.

Runners ages 15 or younger receive a $10 discount. (The discount is awarded at checkout.)
