Race for Justice

Brief Description 

Join us for a wonderful jaunt along historic Riverfront Minneapolis in support of public interest law practice in Minnesota.

The RFJ route is highly praised by runners of all levels and all are welcome including kids.

An Early Packet Pick-up will be available Friday, April 12th from Noon to 6:00pm at the University of Minnesota Law School.

Race Day

Check-in on race day from 7:30 - 8:45 AM in front of the Nicollet Island Pavilion. You'll receive your chip and your race t-shirt at that time.

Fees 

$30 Early online registration (by 4-5-2013); $35 online registration - online registration closes Wednesday april 10th at midnight; $40 Race Day.

Race Day Registrations welcome via cash or check - arrive early to ensure the availability of race shirts, (shirt availability on race not guaranteed).

Kids under 10 participate for FREE but must register the day of the race by an adult and sign the waiver.

Proceeds to Benefit LRAP-MN 

The 11th Annual Race for Justice proceeds go directly to the Loan Repayment Assistance Program of Minnesota. By subsidizing education debts for dedicated, low-paid public interest attorneys, LRAP helps meet the legal needs of low-income Minnesotans across the state. More info at: www.lrapmn.org.

Team Competition 

Join in the Team fun! Gather a group of your friends and colleagues to compete for bragging rights for largest or fastest team. Each team member must note their team affiliation when they register individually.  MINIMUM of 5 team members needed.

Timing & Results 

Results and/or a link to results will be posted on our race website the week after the event. In partnership with Anderson Race Management, we will be utilizing chip timing again this year! We hope experienced runners on through casual walkers will enjoy this race perk.

Parking 

Limited parking is available near the Pavilion. Parking is also available around Nicollet Island and near St. Anthony Main. Please do not park in the Nicollet Island Inn lot. Avoid parking hassles by planning ahead to bus, bike, or carpool to the event site.
