"Hero Up" at our 5K Run, Walk, Kids Fun Run - 5th Annual Walk for Talk!
Get your shoes and cape on and come out to Lake Harriet - it's time to "HEAR-O Up" for kids with hearing loss! Join us for a 5K and family fun on Saturday, May 10. All proceeds from our 5th annual Walk for Talk will help kids with hearing loss learn to listen & talk at Northern Voices, a nonprofit organization based in Roseville. Come for the run -- stay for the fun! Family-friendly festivities include kids fun run, face painting, balloon animals, crazy hair, music & more. Northern Voices is a nonprofit school for deaf and hard of hearing children in Roseville. We teach kids with cochlear implants and hearing aids how to listen and talk! Come out and support our young super heros - register for the 5K chip times race or the Fun Run/Walk.
Post race activities include animal balloons, face painting, music, fire trucks, and more!
Time: Registration: 7:45 a.m.; 5K Run: 9:00
5K chip timed run: $25-before 5/5; $35-day of event -shirt is included
5K individual Walk for Talk/Fun Run: $20-before 5/5; $30-day of event - shirt may be purchased
5k Family Walk for Talk/Fun Run ( up to 4 people): $50-before 5/5; $60-day of event - shirt may be purchased
