The ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Twin Cities features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile fun run/walk, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program. There will be a survivor celebration and a Kids Zone. The Kids Zone will include a bounce house and all kids that enter will receive a superhero cape! There will also be tie contests for: best team theme ties, best team identical ties, best fat tie, best ugly tie, and best tie contest.

ZERO Run for Prostate Cancer, the premier men’s health event series in America, is a heartfelt tight-knit community activity that brings together athletes, cancer survivors, physicians, caretakers, family members and friends in the fight to end prostate cancer.

ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Twin Cities has been part of the event series for 11 years. With the hard work of Metro Urology Foundation and ZERO, the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Twin Cities grew to include more than 250 participants in 2014.

Funds raised from ZERO Prostate Cancer Run - Twin Cities are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer.

Events may be delayed, shortened or in rare circumstances cancelled, due to inclement weather.  This includes lightning, wind, heat, snow, or the threat of imminent severe weather that may harm or injure participants, staff, set up crew and bystanders. Event time frame includes setup, race and teardown. All possible attempts will be made to contact those involved by email, website and social media.  No refunds or transfers allowed.
